KPD Advisors was founded in 2016 by Kevin Daly.  Kevin has over 30 years' experience in the Boston real estate market.  He has worked in all phases of the industry from being a Project Architect at ADD Inc. (10 years), to being a Project Executive at Shawmut Construction & Payton Construction (8 years), to working on the Owner / Developer side for Normandy Real Estate Partners (10 years).  In this time he has worked on numerous high profile jobs in all markets of the real estate industry including Office, Residential, Hospitality, Tenant Fit-up and even Casino work.

It is with this unique blend of experiences that he launched KPD Advisors to provide Project Management services to the Boston real estate market.  He has assembled a team of professionals to assist in providing unsurpassed service in the industry.
